Who We Are

SAFE LOVE FOR ORPHANED CHILDREN AFRICA (SLOCA) Organization is a charitable non-governmental initiated not for profit. An Organization that was founded by HALIL IBRAHIM GUNTENKIN with a vision to support, unite and promote community development in vulnerable communities in Africa and Uganda in particular. Our goal is to proactively extend a helping hand towards the poorest, orphaned, street children, disadvantaged widows, elderly and promote community empowerment through building local capacities to handle sensitization programs, support and care services, handle self-help and income generating activities, provide clean water, renovation of all kinds of water resources, food bags, solar systems, medical camps, agriculture, sanitary pads, meat, educational equipment, clothes and mattresses and goats.

Vision
Our vision is to give hope to the underprivileged poor persons, orphaned and widows by extending a helping hand towards them.

Mission 

The mission is to achieve an economically, self-reliant and empowered community through networking with other partners in development while targeting all vulnerable groups without discrimination.

OUR PROJECTS

We have established a number of initiatives already including clean water supply, solar system for light, medical outreach (safe male circumcision and giving sanitary pads), empowerment businesses (soap making and goats rearing), and we hope to start a medical school, agricultural processing plant and farming on a large scale to equip the communities in such areas.
